working principle
The load switch is composed of two major components: an isolation knife and a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber. The isolation knife is responsible for the insulation function during closing and opening, and the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is responsible for extinguishing the arc.
The isolation knife is closed and opened by a spring over-center mechanism. The over-center spring provides the energy required when the isolation knife is closed and ensures that the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber extinguishes the arc when opening without being affected by human factors. , during the opening process of the isolation knife of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, there is a rapid mechanism to provide the opening speed of the arc extinguishing chamber. The three-phase linkage operation of the isolation knife ensures the synchronization of the opening of the arc extinguishing chamber.
