ZW17-40.5 outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is an outdoor high-voltage electrical equipment with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage 40.5KV. It is used for switching load current, overload current and short-circuit current, and is suitable for places with frequent operations.
This product is mainly composed of high-voltage porcelain sleeve, vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, transmission system and operating mechanism. It can be equipped with electromagnetic or spring operating mechanism. It has the advantages of excellent breaking performance, short arcing time, long electrical life, full capacity breaking 20 times without maintenance, reliable insulation, simple structure, and high mechanical reliability.
Product characteristics
1. It adopts outdoor vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, which has the advantages of safety, reliability and long life;
2. Use new insulating materials to avoid the effects of inflation, oil filling, etc.;
3. Current transformers have the characteristics of high precision, multiple transformation ratios, and multiple levels.
4. It can be equipped with two mechanisms: electromagnetic operation or spring operation;
5. The circuit breaker has three structures: horizontal type, central type and CT external type.

1. Altitude: ≤1000m (special requirements will be negotiated separately);
2. Ambient temperature: -30°C~+40°C (special requirement -40°C);
3. Wind pressure: no more than 700Pa (equivalent to wind speed of 35m/s);
4. Earthquake intensity: no more than 8 degrees;
5. Pollution level: Level III, Level IV;
6. Creepage ratio: 25mm/kV, 31.5mm/kV;
7. Installation location: No risk of fire or explosion, no chemical corrosion and frequent severe vibration.
