Vacuum circuit breaker is the most commonly used type of high-voltage circuit breaker, mainly divided into two types: indoor type and outdoor type. We mainly focus on indoor vacuum circuit breakers.
Vacuum circuit breaker is named for its breaking medium and the insulation medium of the contact gap after breaking is high vacuum; it has the advantages of small size, light weight, suitable for frequent operation and interruption-free maintenance, etc. It is used in 3kV-40.5kV distribution network more common.
The vacuum circuit breaker consists of vacuum interrupter, spring mechanism, bracket and other components.
The vacuum interrupter is the core component of the vacuum circuit breaker. Its main function is to quickly extinguish the arc and suppress the current to avoid accidents by cutting off the power supply of the medium and high voltage circuits through the excellent insulation of the vacuum inside the tube.
The VSG mechanism uses a cam (in the core module of the mechanism) to directly drive the main shaft (in the frame main shaft module), reducing transmission links and improving transmission efficiency (no hinge connection). Reduce the energy input of the product and increase the service life of the product. Install the main circuit module to complete the basic configuration of the vacuum circuit breaker. Then install the chassis car module, contact arm, contact, and insulating sleeve to complete the configuration of the manual circuit breaker.
Normal use environment.
1. The ambient air temperature does not exceed 40°C, and the average value measured within 24 hours does not exceed 35°C.
2. The minimum ambient air temperature for the "-5 indoor" grade is -5°C, the "-15 indoor" grade is -15°C, and the "-25 indoor" grade is -25°C. The "-25 room" level is 15°C, -25°C.
3. The influence of solar radiation is negligible.
4. The altitude does not exceed 1000m.
5. The surrounding air is not heavily polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gases, vapors or salt spray.
